In most things, getting started is the scariest part, and this is especially true for therapy. I'm Stella (she/her) and I'm here to ensure that you start this new chapter with confidence by providing transparent and understanding communication. You are unlike anyone in the world. When I'm not working, I'm probably playing Infinity Nikki or Sims 4 and listening to Stray Kids. This can be difficult with how much my cats, Spider and Sushi, like to sit on the keyboard.
