Ana Franco, LAC

As a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling, I’m passionate about helping clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, and major life transitions.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques within a trauma-informed framework. I believe that healing begins with feeling safe and connected — that therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are and explore what healing looks like for you.

In our work together, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, develop new tools for emotional balance, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life. I also offer sessions in Spanish and welcome individuals from all backgrounds.

If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s take the next step together.
