Have you ever experienced a difficulty that left you feeling isolated, or found yourself in a relationship that just didn’t make sense? These experiences are deeply human, yet they can leave us feeling unsettled, disconnected, confused, and hurt. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people, hearing their stories, and supporting them through life’s more complex and vulnerable moments.

Above all else, my goal is to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel secure enough to speak openly about all parts of themselves. I am kink-affirming and sex-positive, and I welcome clients whose identities, relationships, or experiences may not fit within traditional norms. I prioritize trust, direct communication, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship, believing that meaningful growth begins when people feel truly seen and respected.

In my work, I use a systemic lens to help individuals and partners develop a strong sense of self, build secure and satisfying relationships, and support overall emotional wellbeing. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, those navigating anxiety and depression, neurodivergent clients, family-of-origin concerns, and people in polyamorous or consensually non-monogamous relationships.

Clients who tend to benefit most from working with me appreciate a candid, respectful, and collaborative approach. Therapy with me is not about judgment or quick fixes, but about increasing insight, strengthening resilience, and building self-trust at a pace that feels right for you.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Arizona and am licensed to practice in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, and Missouri. If this sounds like a good fit, I would love to connect and talk about how I can support you in reaching your goals.
