Fernando has spent his career helping startups and mission-driven nonprofits and organizations strengthen their people operations and organizational infrastructure. He graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Government, and he was named to Boston's Latino 30 Under 30 list in 2022. Fernando's past roles include Chief of Staff at Upsolve, Chief of Staff at Intelehealth, and People Operations at Recidiviz, where he supported people strategy, HR systems, compliance, employee experience, and organizational development.

Throughout his career, Fernando has partnered closely with leadership teams to build scalable HR practices, develop thoughtful policies, improve internal operations, and create workplaces where employees can thrive. He brings a practical, people-first approach to every organization he supports, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
