Elise Pinkowski, LMSW
I believe that everyone has the capacity and strength to make meaningful changes in their lives. For over ten years, I have helped adults of all backgrounds and identities work through issues such as depression, anxiety, anger, grief, and addiction. I also have experience assisting survivors of violence, and those transitioning from homelessness and the criminal justice system.
I believe the therapeutic relationship can be a validating experience toward healing and self-acceptance. My approach is warm and nonjudgemental; using integrative modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Humanistic Therapy. It is important to me that I take the time to understand the unique needs of each individual and collaborate with them to create a personalized plan. I offer a free 10-minute virtual consultation to answer any questions you have and to see if I would be a good fit. I look forward to meeting you!
