Erica Harris, LPC
I’m Erica Marisella Harris, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults navigating complex trauma, PTSD, neurodivergence (including Autism and ADHD), and anxiety and depression. I’m also a proud LGBTQ+ ally and advocate for inclusive, affirming care.
Therapy with me is a collaborative, creative, and compassionate process. I believe healing begins in a space where you can be fully yourself—without judgment. Clients often tell me they feel safe and understood from our very first session. As someone who is neurodivergent and a little quirky myself, I bring authenticity, humor, and flexibility into my work.
I blend evidence-based practices like Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, and traditional CBT with expressive tools such as gameplay, sand tray, and storytelling to meet you where you are—especially if you've felt stuck or unseen in more conventional talk therapy settings. My approach is personalized, playful when appropriate, and always rooted in helping you build a life that aligns with your values and strengths.
Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you're returning to it, I’m here to help you feel supported, empowered, and truly heard.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy playing tennis, spending time with loved ones (including furry ones), and unwinding with a good movie or show.
