We will actively engage in community initiatives, promote diversity in our outreach efforts, and contribute to creating a more inclusive society.

  5. Accountability : We will regularly evaluate our progress towards achieving our DEI commitments, set measurable goals, and hold ourselves accountable for our actions and outcomes. We will be transparent in our efforts, actively seek feedback, and continuously improve our DEI initiatives.

Social Impact

Our mission goes beyond providing quality mental health services. We are committed to addressing social challenges in the broader community by promoting mental health awareness, reducing mental health stigma, and increasing access to mental health care for vulnerable and underserved populations

 

We recognize that mental health is a critical aspect of overall well-being, and we strive to create a positive social impact by taking the following actions:

  1. Advocacy and Education: We advocate for mental health awareness and education in the broader community through public campaigns, workshops, and community partnerships. We believe that knowledge is power, and by promoting understanding and empathy towards mental health, we can help reduce stigma and create a more inclusive and accepting society. 

  2. Accessible and Affordable Mental Health Care: We are committed to increasing access to mental health care for underserved populations. We offer sliding-scale fees and pro-bono services to individuals who may face financial barriers to accessing mental health care. We also actively collaborate with local organizations and agencies to provide mental health support to marginalized communities, including but not limited to low-income individuals, minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and refugees.

  3. Culturally Competent Care: We recognize the importance of providing culturally competent care to individuals from diverse backgrounds. We strive to understand and respect the unique cultural, religious, and social contexts of our clients, and tailor our therapeutic approaches accordingly. We aim to create a safe and inclusive space where individuals feel seen, heard, and respected regardless of their background.

  4. Collaborative Partnerships: We actively collaborate with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to create a collective impact on mental health. We believe in the power of partnerships and work collaboratively to identify and address the mental health needs of the broader community. By joining forces with other like-minded organizations, we aim to create sustainable change and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and communities we serve.

We continuously seek opportunities to improve our services, explore new therapeutic modalities, and contribute to the field of mental health through research and evidence-based practices.
