Hi, my name is Jocelyn. I am a first generation Mexican-American college student at Arizona State University obtaining my Master's of Social Work and doing my Internship here at Brazen Therapy. My focus is working with children, youth, and families.

My work experience has been alongside children and youth ages 5 to 17 as a mentor as well as  providing support through cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, as well as coping skills through individual sessions and group sessions. I am eager to work with adults and improve upon my skills and techniques to provide the best service possible.

I know the process of finding a therapist can be challenging. I want to provide you with a safe and inclusive environment where you can be and express yourself freely within this journey.

In my free time I enjoy binge watching shows, going to concerts, traveling and painting. I also recently started reading books for fun.

Tengo muchas ganas de trabajar con adultos y mejorar mis habilidades y técnicas para brindar el mejor servicio.

Sé que el proceso de encontrar un terapeuta puede ser un desafío. Quiero brindar un ambiente seguro e inclusivo donde puedas estar y expresarte libremente en este proceso.

En mi tiempo libre disfruto ver series, ir a conciertos, viajar, y pintar. También recientemente comencé a leer libros por diversión.
