Maggie Reichler, Counseling Intern

Hello! My name is Maggie, and I’m currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Arizona State University. I am deeply passionate about helping people heal and grow in a warm, authentic, and collaborative environment.
Through our work together, I’ll help you see life in a new light and connect with yourself on a deeper level. My approach is integrative and personalized to your unique needs. I draw from holistic and mindfulness-based practices to help you live more fully in the present, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you navigate difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building a fulfilling life in line with your values. My work is trauma-informed and guided by strengths-based, person-centered perspectives that respect and celebrate your individuality, autonomy, and values. I view mental health through a whole-person lens, honoring the connection between your mind, body, and environment.
I have experience working with people of all ages from all backgrounds; come as you are! Together, we can explore what brings you here, whether that’s anxiety, depression, trauma, questions of self-worth, relationship and family struggles, school and work stressors, substance use, or identity. No matter where you are in your journey, I strive to help you feel safe, understood, cared for, and empowered toward meaningful growth.
Therapy is an experience like no other, and I am committed to making it a place where you can fully embrace who you are in a non-judgmental, compassionate space. Since a very young age, I’ve been drawn to understanding people’s stories and supporting others through life’s challenges. I’m continually inspired by the resilience of the human spirit and feel deeply honored to be part of others’ journeys toward healing and self-discovery.
Taking this step to seek help is an act of courage and self-compassion. You are not alone, you’re cared for and supported every step of the way. I’m so excited to meet you, and I’d be honored to be beside you through your journey!
