Precious Chapman, LAC
I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor dedicated to helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I focus on identifying and changing unhealthy behaviors, habits, and beliefs that may be holding them back.
My approach is centered on trust, patience, and an open, unbiased connection. I believe meaningful change takes time, and I’m committed to creating a supportive space for that growth. I chose this path because I’ve seen the powerful impact counseling can have—not just for individuals, but for generations to come.

I work with adolescents and adults (12 and up) using a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process trauma. I support individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues.
