Robin Burnam, LMSW
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, grief, transitions, identity questions, or academic challenges get in the way. I offer dedicated support in person in downtown Phoenix and virtually across Arizona for young adults finding their footing and for parents of LGBTQ+ teens navigating this journey alongside them. With 20+ years supporting teens and young adults on college campuses, my practice is a warm, inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming space where young adults can slow down, feel understood, and build real confidence. For parents, I offer a space to process your own fears and questions so you can show up for your child with steadiness and love. Let’s chat, in person or online
I’m direct, no-nonsense, and bring real-world experience to the room. Using a collaborative, strengths-based approach, I offer evidence-based care for anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I blend practical tools with honest feedback. Whether navigating milestones, school, or growth, I’ll help you build lasting emotional resilience.
Reaching out can feel intimidating when you’re overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space to explore your challenges and build tools for meaningful change. If you’re ready for the next step, I invite you to schedule a free initial consultation today. I look forward to connecting with you!
